    3. Hi, all. I am hoping to find information about one of my GGGF, James Dinwiddie, said to have been b. ca.1768 in Franklin Co., PA. (?). If he was indeed born there, who were his parents? Who were his older forebears? Who were his siblings? He was married in 1811 in Franklin Co., TN. (?) to a lady whose name was Jane H. Givens. Their son, William Adam Dinwiddie, was born 12-16-1815 in Haywood Co., TN. I think it very odd that he would have been born in Franklin Co., PA., and then ended up in Franklin Co., TN. to be married. Is there, historically, any record in the files of you GENstudents out there of the Dinwiddie family having been in Frankllin Co., PA. in the mid-1700's?? If not, then the idea of his having moved from one Franklin Co. to another might be just erroneous notations by some over-zealous GENstudent of the past. It will be a great favor to me, if anyone can provide clarification on my James Dinwiddie. Thanks in advance for your help.
