Can someone tell me the address, phone number or email for the Franklin Co. Library. I am trying to locate records of a Jacob Kelker (son of Rudolph) that was in the 1830 census in St. Thomas Twp. I need to know if the wife was Jane Graham Kelker. Perhaps someone knows of a researcher in that area that can look for a will of Jacob and perhaps an obit. Thank You Elsie segura@ccia.com
