Good afternoon. I've recently started searching out my family history. I know my immediate family, grandparents and such, come from the Chambersburg area. I don't really have a whole lot of information on where to start, or how to do a family search, but am hoping that I can get some information from those of you who have already done the work, and are willing to share how to do it. I know that my grandfather is Clyde Lindy Spidel, and my grandmother is Margaret Elizabeth Swisher Spidel, both from the Chambersburg area.
