We suspect that some of our GRUNEWALD/GREENWALD(T) family may have lived in Franklin Co before moving to Frederick Co MD around 1750. They were mostly German Reformed. Some of their first names were Philip, Joseph (sometimes called Yost), John, and Johann Adam, Anna Maria, Margaret, and Susannah. In the next decade they started spelling their name GREENWOOD. I would like to hear from others researching this family. I have much info to share.
