Hi group, I need a helping hand on this one. Looking for a Grace PATTERSON (surname) born 1892-93, we think in Rouzerville. In 1910 she had a son David E. PATTERSON, born 12-22-1910. His birth Cert says place of birth Franklin County, Township Washington, Borough, Rouzerville. The father is listed as C. PROVARD, (I have his Info) On April 22, 1914, David was taken to the Orphanage, I believe he was 4. The person who brought him to the Orphanage was the Director of the Poor Through Margaret R. Amberson. David later was taken to a farm at the age of 11-12 and he worked on the Farm of Harry Osbaugh. David was indentured in 1921. (free to go) What happened to Grace PATTERSON? Who were her parents? Did she ever marry? We need closure for David he will be 90 years old this year, I am frantically looking for info to complete his family tree. His birthday is coming up soon we are having a family reunion in July (early Birthday) and this would be the best gift anyone could give another. He seems to think that Grace was put into the poor house due to a break down, this is unconfirmed, but all possibilities are on the table at this point.
