Carolyn, Do you have any info on the JAMES BEATTY on the JORDAN will? I am looking for info on a THOMAS BEATTY who enlisted in the Rev. War c 1775-1779 from Franklin Co., PA. and later moved to Derry Twp., Indiana Co., PA., d 1822. His will leaves to wife MARTHA (LDS says a THOMAS BEATTY m MARTHA THOMPSON in 1775), his niece JANE DEEN (dtr of his sister) and SAMUEL BEATTY, no relation given. Was SAMUEL a son?
