Hello, I'm looking for information on Benjamin Chambers and Ruth McPheirin. They were married December 22, 1796, according to the records of Upper West Conococheague Presbyterian Church, MERCERSBURG, FRANKLIN COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA John King, D.D. Did they have a son born in 1799 named Benjamin? When did Ruth die? Did the both Benjamins leave Pennsylvania in 1818 for Knox County Ohio? My ggg-grandfather and gggg-grandfather, both named Benjamin Chambers, came in Knox County Ohio in 1818. Family stories say they came from Chambersburg PA. I doubt that, but thought perhaps they came from another town near Chambersburg. Thanks for any thing you can provide. Kathy Gamble
