Hello- Where do I look for birth records in Franklin County for the 1780-1800 time period? Are there published church records similar to other PA counties? Looking for the birth date of Elizabeth SHOEMAKER, daughter of Philip and Mary (ZUBER) SHOEMAKER. She was born ca 1788. Her parents were living in Washington Twsp. at that time. Also looking for the birth record for Abraham COBLE. He was born 15 Aug 1790 also in Franklin County. His parents are unknown.
