Hi all, Does anyone know anything anout this family OR this church?? LATSCHACH, Friedrich b. 10 Feb-1817, parents-Johannes LATSCHACH & Magdalina. record is supposed to be from; Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, Pleasant Hall, Franklin Co, Pa. I have looked in the LDS catalog and they do not have this church in there...does anyone have access to this church at all???? Is there still a church there?? And where exactly is Pleasant Hall? Sharon, I checked Jim Houpt's Cemetery Index CD and did not find LATSCHACH. There are LATSHAWs, but no Frederick or Johannes, and not in Salem Church Cemetery. There is a Salem Evangelical Luth. in Guilford Twp. The one in Pleasant Hall is Salem Lutheran Church and it is still there. Pleasant Hall is in Letterkenny Twp. There are some records at Kittochtinny, although I don't know how complete they are. I think whatever they have would be in Jim Houpt's Index. Bill
