They had the following children: 1. infant son, born and died 30 Aug 1847 at Barnes 2. Harriet Rose Barnes, born 4 Oct 1848 at Barnes, died 23 May 1906, married Francis Thompson Blair 3. Timothy Eddy Barnes, born 5 Nov 1850 at Barnes, died 11 Sept 1881 at Warren, married Ada Almeda Houghton on 21 Dec 1870 4. Eunice Letitia Barnes, born 6 April 1853 at Barnes, married George Horton 5. Catherine Eliza Barnes, born 1 May 1856 at Barnes, died 7 July 1921 at Wauseon, Ohio, married Henry H. Ham. Ada Almeda Houghton was the daughter of Hiram Thompson Houghton and Jane Ann Farnsworth.
