To the best of my knowledge, there is no Brown Hill in Warren Co. There is a community by that name in Crawford County, PA. near the Warren Co., border. For any of you who are interested in the Samuel Brown Family, I have a pretty complete report on the family. This family has been very well researched and old Samuel left alot of descendants.
