The immigrant got the only copy of the naturalization certificate...no copies were kept at the courthouse. But the application of intent should have a little information, and you should see about getting a copy from the courthouse. My husband's grandfather was naturalized in Warren Co. in 1911 and it even gave the name of the ship he came over on (from Denmark) and his date of arrival, and his birthplace, including city and county.
