Rebecca Ann Adkins, b. 30 Dec. 1812 (family Bible) in NY, PA or VT (different locations are given on her children's death certificates and census records), m. 18 Oct.1835 Susquehanna Co.,PA, William Perry Barber, d. 26 Feb. 1894 Warren, Warren Co., PA. LDS Archive Record lists her as d/o a Methodist minister, John D. Adkins. Other reports say she was the adoptive daughter of Rev. Adkins with the maiden name of Farmer or Parmer.
