I have been reading with intense interest the postings for the DAVIS-MEAD families. I am descendant from William Wilson Davis, son of Elijah and Desire Lytell. I only have one son for William Wilson b. Oct. 1841, that being my g.g. grandfather, William Perry Davis. Is anyone here connected to the branch of William Wilson, or have any information on him? Also any info on Desire. Am anixous to find a cousin. Will be most happy to share what I can.
