Eicher, Rachel intermarried with Eli Gallentine, Susanah, intermarried with Daniel Bruner, Jehu Davis, John Brooks, Esq., guardian for the minor children of Eliza and Irwin Davis, minor children of Solomon Davis, dec'd., who was was a son of Araham Davis dec'd., all residing in Fayette County Pa., Benjamin Davis residing in Hicksville Defiance County, Ohio, Elizabeth intermarried with William Stull, residing at Canal Dover, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Sarah intermarried with Daniel Stull, residing at Knox P. O., Clarion County, Pa., you are hereby notified that an Inquisition will be held in pursuance of the above mentioned order or writ of Partition, on the Premises mentioned and described in said writ, on the 15th day of February 1864, at ten o'clock A.M., to make partition to and among the heirs &c., of said intestate in such manner and such proportions as by the law of this Commonwealth is directed, if such Partition can be made without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, but if such partition cannot be made thereof as aforesaid, then to value and appraise the same according to law, at which time and place you can attend if you think proper.
