Elizabeth Hunsaker 1824-aft 1880, d.o. Henry T. Hunsaker and Rebecca Barnett, md Joseph High b ca 1822 PA. Joseph and Elizabeth (Hunsaker) High's household appeared on the 1850, 1860, and 1870 censuses of Nicholson Twp., Fayette Co., occupations farmer then blacksmith. In 1880 he was living with the family of his son John Henry High in Nicholson Twp. That census shows his parents' birthplaces as Pennsylvania. He had a brother, David High, born 1833 who also lived in Nicholson Twp., and a sister Sarah High born about 1824. Children of Joseph and Elizabeth: 1. Isabel abt 1845 2. Harriet abt 1847 3.
