There is a lot of information on the web regarding my family (and possibly yours) that is wrong. How do you correct it? I have tried writing to some of the people and they either ignore me or question my motives. Any suggestions? A case in point. Many Springer researchers say that Mary Sampey Springer (Mrs. Josiah Small Springer), went back to her maiden name and died in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She actually died in McDonough County, Illinois. The Mary Sampey who died in Montgomery county was a single lady who never married and had no children (I have a court document attesting to that).
