Barbara GLUZ, 69, of VanMeter, died Saturday in Frick Community Health Center. She was born April 23, 1918 in Jefferson Township, daughter of the late Frank and Julia Malison Zubovic. Surviving are three daughters, Jennie Bukovac of Dunbar, Helen Bartolomucci of Perryopolis, and Sheryl Gluz of VanMeter; five sisters, Margaret Parsons of North Versailles, Zora Beatty of Belle Vernon, Catherine Germak of Glassport, Jennie Rehnart of Pottstown, and Alice Pavarnik of Arizona; three brothers, Paul of Belle Vernon, Frank of Uniontown, and Edward Zubovic of Donora; 10 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Michael Gluz, in June 1986; a son, Paul Gluz, and a daughter, Shirley Lemley. (12/12/1987 - Olive Branch) Not related to me.
