My John Emerson b.1789, 21 yr.1810, Sarah Emmerson could have been Mother or Aunt ? , there were other Emerson's in area at that time, some had 2 mm or b in name so Everson could be of same group. After going thru so many spellings it someone wrote it for them because they could not. Do you have an openion on this. I expect to get some Flak on this but it is an openion. I'd really like to know. I have people ask me 1-m or 2-mm ? Hi, Ev, Just in case you do not have the 1810 census showing Sarah EMMERSON, she was in Bridgeport, Luzerne Twp., apparently over age 45 with another female 10-15. She was listed right before my gggg grandmother, Mary GOSLIN(G) 26-45, who also had with her only one female, under 10. Bridgeport is now South Brownsville, or simply Brownsville. I'm also wondering if the Nathaniel EVERSON in Washington Twp., 1810, could possibly have been related to your EMERSONs. His household consisted of: 3 males & 1 female under 10, 2 females 10-15, and one 26-45. He was apparently over 45.
