    3. Hattie B. THOMPSON Gash, 89, of Dainty's Personal Care Home, formerly of Hiller, Pa., passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004, at the home. She was born in Poria Mary, S.C., on April 12, 1914, daughter of the late Thomas and Lela THOMPSON, Sr. She was a resident of the Brownsville area for 75 years. She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Brownsville, Pa., and a devoted homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John GASH; five brothers, Olin, Thomas Jr., Roland, David and Jimmy THOMPSON; and two sisters, Essie Gore and Adeline Jeeter. Survivors include eight nieces, Felicia Kinney, of Brownsville, Pa., Alice Gregrey, of Hiller, Pa., Lela Sanders, of Pittsburgh, Pa., Essie Curry, of Sumpter, S.C., Rosebud Mahone, of New Castle, Pa., Parthena Thorton, of Detroit, Michigan, and Mary Fuller and Juanita Moore, both of Pittsburgh; one nephew, James Thompson, of Roanoke, Va.; a very devoted friend, William "Flip" Hungerford, of Hiller, Pa.; and many great-nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Friends did call at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, Baltimore Street, Brownsville, Pa., on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, from 6 to 9 p.m. A service will be held at the church today at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Sandra McCain officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa. LAW FUNERAL HOME, 135 Angle St., Brownsville, Pa., is handling the arrangements. Unrelated to me. Just sharing a resource. Edward DUNLEVY
