Gertrude OVERHOLT Trent, 100, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, in Beckley, W.Va. She was born Feb. 11, 1903, and lived most of her life in West Virginia. She was a member of the Beckley Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom W. TRENT, in 1985; three brothers, Paul OVERHOLT, of Marlinton, W.Va., Earl OVERHOLT, of Romney, W.Va., and Bill OVERHOLT, of Baltimore, Md.; and a grandson, Todd M. TRENT, of Pacifica, Calif. Surviving are a daughter, Pam Keyser and husband, Tom, of Beckley, West Virginia; two sons, Meredith O. TRENT and wife, Etheline, of Beckley, and Todd TRENT and wife, Irma, of Uniontown, Pa.; a sister; a sister-in-law; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. The funeral service was conducted on Friday, Jan. 16, 2004, in the CALFEE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL in Beckley, West Virginia, with the Rev. Malcolm Brownlee officiating.
