    3. Tonya I don't know where Dr. Cook Office was, but, If you drive past the Center Independent Oil road, go to top of hill, (about 1/4 mile) cemetery is on LEFT. There is a farm house and barn on other side of road. This is NOT the owner of land where Cemetery is though. To find him go on to intersection, turn left. you will see a house with the foundation painted blue, on left, several houses from intersection. When I was there, Ralph was not there, I talked to his wife.
