Lula E. Keffer, 87, of Perryopolis, Pa., died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, in Country Care Manor, Fayette City, Pa. She was born Jan. 13, 1916, in Rostraver Township, Pa., daughter of the late Bliss and Orita ZUNDEL HAGGERTY. Lula was a member of The Harmony United Presbyterian Church, Wickhaven, Pa. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, Jack SNYDER and wife, Susan, of State of Florida, William SNYDER and wife, Audrey, of State of Arizona, Beatrice Kostilak and husband, Rudy, of Lober, Pa., Robert B. LYNCH, of Zephyr Hill, Fla., Scott LYNCH and wife, Cindy, of Belle Vernon, Pa., Robert D. LYNCH and wife, Cindy, of Belle Vernon, Robert D. LYNCH and wife, Pam, of Perryopolis, Pa., and Daniel HAGGERTY and wife, Milian, of State of California. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC., 106 East Independence St., Perryopolis, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Wednesday in Harmony United Presbyterian Church from 10 to 11 a.m., where services will begin at 11 a.m, with Pastor William E.
