Evelyn M. ROCKS, 76, of 534 E. Crawford Ave., Connellsville, died early today at her home. She was born Oct. 7, 1911 at Mill Run, a daughter of the late John P. and Nora Hart Dahl. She was a resident of Mill Run for most of her life and a member of Mill Run United Methodist Church and its Tried and True Sunday School Class. Surviving are a son, Gordon H. McCloy of Connellsville, R.D. 2; a daughter, Mrs. John (Judy) White of Connellsville; five grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles and Donald Dahl, both of Mill Run, and three sisters, Mrs. John (Dorothy) Appolito and Sarah E. Davane, both of Elwood City, and Pauline Gath of Scottdale. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Rocks; a son, Jack Abbey, and two sisters, Marguerite "Peg" Galiardi and Louise Nicholson.
