Ralph L. NEWMAN, 70, of Benson, Ariz., and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, April 5, 1994, at his home. He was born May 14, 1923, at Leckrone, Pa., a son of the late Frank and Bertha Newman. He was a retired coal miner, dairy farmer, lot developer, and house builder. He is survived by his wife, Virginia "Peg" Newman; three daughters, Shirley Newman of Pauls Valley, Okla., Barbara Newman of Fairfax, Va., and Patricia Newman of Tucson, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Lisa Francis and Chris Francis; two sisters, Betty Kehde of Midland, Mich.; and Johnetta Black of Fullerton, Calif.; and two brothers, Earl Newman of Carmichaels, Pa., and Myers Newman of LaHabra, Calif. Arrangements were under direction of the SWANN FUNERAL HOME in Tucson, Ariz. Ralph will be missed by family and friends. Not related to me. Just sharing a resource. Carole Clarke
