Joseph W. DEPTA, 92, of Mount Pleasant R.D. 3, Pa., who owned Depta's Dairy Farm in East Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pa., which he managed with his parents until their death, and retired Foreman from United States Steel Corporation's Irvin works with 33 years service, died Thursday, January 22, 2004 in H. C. Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Julia M. TOTH Depta; children: Joseph DEPTA, of Regantown, Pa., John DEPTA and William DEPTA, both of Scottdale, Pa., Mrs. Robert (Patricia A.) Kiliany, Betty J. Bando, Mrs. Ronald (Mary Ann) Keffer, Mrs. Thomas (Margaret) Miedel, and Mrs. Leroy (Susan) Teeters, all of Scottdale, Pa.; 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 West Pittsburgh Street, Scottdale, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, January 26, until the Service at 10 a.m. Unrelated to me.
