However, a chart indicating which State's Mortality Schedule publication status does not show that PA's has been published or indexed. According to this chart the Family History Library does have a copy. The NARA Micropublication number is T958. This book, pub'd in 2001, contains an email addy for the National Archives-Mid Atlantic Region: philadelphia.archives@nara.gov Do let us know if you are able to access the schedule for Fayette.
