Hi Karen, Here is what the helpdesk at rootsweb.com had to say about the issue: Mail Lists: 2004-01-30 AOL and RootsWeb's mail issues resolved After amicable communciation and work with AOL about email, it seems that mail delivery from RootsWeb to AOL has been resolved. We thank the postmaster group at AOL for their working with us to resolve the existing issues. Subscribers from AOL are recommended and encouraged to check their subscriptions to mailing lists at PasswordCentral. The information and instructions for mailing lists is found at LISTS. We thank all users for their patience during this issue, we understand your disappointment when mail doesn't arrive, even if it is for just a couple of days.
