Azelma M. TITLER McGoldrick Lewis, 62 years, 2 months, 6 days, of Oakland, Maryland, who received a Bachelors Degree in Education from California University of Pennsylvania in California, Pa., taught elementary education at Broad Ford Elementary School and prior at Loch Lynn Elementary School, and was born in Youngstown, Ohio, died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland, Maryland. She is survived by two sons: A. (Anthony) Sean McGOLDRICK and wife Cathy of Oakland, Maryland, and Michael S. McGOLDRICK and wife Johni, of Falling Waters, West Virginia; sister, Joyce TITLER Rimbey and husband Charles, and brother, Clyde TITLER and wife Joni, all of Brownsville, Pa.; four beloved grandchildren: Zachary McGOLDRICK, Luke McGOLDRICK, Olivia McGOLDRICK and Seamus McGOLDRICK; nephews and nieces: Charles Rimbey and wife, Lisa, of Uniontown, Pa., Amy RIMBEY Ferguson and husband, David, Beth RIMBEY and fiancee, Jason WELLINGTON, and Gretchen Titler of Brownsville, Pa., Brandon TITLER and Lisa TITLER Dublin and husband, Mike, all of Fairmont, West Virginia, and Tiffani Titler of Washington, Pa.; four great nieces and four great nephews.
