Helen Caroline BALCEREK, 73, of Bessemer Road, Mount Pleasant, died Friday, April 15, 1994, at Frick Hospital and Community Center, Mount Pleasant. She was born April 23, 1920, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late George and Mary Duda Legutki. She was a member of the Slovak Club Ladies Auxiliary of Mount Pleasant and the Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church of Mount Pleasant. Surviving are two sons, Philip Paul Balcerek of Pittsburgh and Walter Balcerek of Mount Pleasant; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Joan) Cramer of Ruffsdale and Mrs. Robert (Rita) Sechler of Connellsville; six grandchildren; one brother, Edward Legutki of Cleveland, Ohio; and two sisters, Josephine T. Kitta of Mount Pleasant and Mrs. Thomas (Kathryn) Krukvich of Michigan. She was predeceased by her husband, Felix F. Balcerek (1988); three brothers, Frank, Walter, and Clyde Legutki; and two sisters, Rose Kasiukiewicz and Jessie Legutki. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at GALONE-CARUSO's, 204 Eagle St., Mount Pleasant. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Mount Pleasant, with the Ref. Frank A. Lesniowski as celebrant.
