Juanita P. PALMER, 71, of Republic, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 1996, at home. She was born July 5, 1924, in Nemacolin, daughter of the late Bryan and Hazel Buzard Houston. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Bryan Houston. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Republic. Surviving are her husband, Wilbert Palmer; two sons, Gary of Greensburg and Dean of Pompano Beach, Fla.; a granddaughter, Katy; a grandson, Dean; and a sister, Phyllis Rupenthal of Republic.
