Born at Petersburg, Maryland, 12-9-1859 a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Grove. She lived nearly all her life in Connellsville, coming here after her marriage in 1879. Five sons: Vernon, Earl, Floyd, Ralph, and Robert all of Connellsville, A daughter, Mrs. Marie Brothers of Connellsville, Pa. A brother: Fred Grove of Deerfield, Ohio. Husband: Samuel and two sons, preceded her in death. Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
