Offhand I'd say search out the funeral home's records, if it's given on the certificate. Some of them are still with us today, some have consolidated, and others have just plain bit the dust (sorry...bad pun). If you post the name of the home, and the timeframe, I'll bet a lister out there will know if the records have been abstracted, extracted, or copied, and where to find them in Fayette. David
