Frank L. Smith, 76, of Alverton, Pa., died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2004 in Frick Hospital, Mount Pleasant, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Hazel FELGAR Smith, of Mount Pleasant; a brother, Roy J. SMITH, of Dawson, R.D., Pa.; and a sister, Dorothy T. Kring, of Mount Pleasant. Friends will be received at the Luther J.
