    3. Captain C.C. KREPPS, Last Of Old Centerville Family, Civil War Veteran, Succumbs In Columbus Relatives here today announced the death of Captain Christopher C. KREPPS, 94, Civil War Veteran, and a native of Centerville, Pa., who died last Saturday at his home in Columbus, Ohio. Captain Krepps served with the famous Ringgold Cavalry, enlisting from Centerville at the outset of the Civil War. Later he was transferred to a unit in West Virginia, of which he was commander when the war terminated. For the last two score years Captain Krepps has resided in the Ohio city. He was the last of the old KREPPS Family of Centerville, Pa. He leaves five sons and two daughters, all residents of other states. His funeral was Tuesday in Columbus, Ohio, with burial in a cemetery there. Nieces and nephews of this district who survive include: Mrs. K.K. Higenbotham, Mrs. Emma Craft, and Sol G. KREPPS, Sr., all of South Brownsville, Pa.; George KREPPS and Helen KREPPS, of Heisterburg(Luzerne Township, Fayette County, Pa.), and John KREPPS, of Uniontown, Pa.
