Frank John LUKASIK, 28 of Grindstone died Saturday. He is survived by his father and mother, Frank A. and Rosemary Adams Lukasik of Grindstone; his wife, Heidi Headley Lukasik; a son, Dustin; a stepson, Ryan; two sisters, Agnes Marie Callagy of New York and Mary Jo Lukasik of Philadelphia; two brothers, John Michael Lukasik and Andrew Francis Lukasik both at home; and maternal grandmother, Agnes Adams of Grindstone. A private service will be held Monday.
