Thomas C. RUTTER, 66, of St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Uniontown, died Sunday, Dec. 17, in St. Petersburg. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sara D. Rutter. Also surviving are a brother, John Rutter, a sister, Mrs. Phyllis Rutter McFarland, a nephew, Daniel McFarland, and three nieces, Deborah, Andrus, Lori Roche, and Dawnette McFarland, all of Pinellas Park, Fla.
