Hazel V. Fortney, 89, of Greensboro, Pa., died Sunday, January 11, 2004, in Masontown, Pa. Friends will be received, Friday, January 16, 2004, from 10 to 11 a.m., in the PAUL M. LESAKO FUNERAL HOME, INC., Carmichaels, Pa. Services will be at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Donald Gillenwater officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Point Cemetery, Carmichaels, Pa. Unrelated to me.
