Frank A. LUKASIK, 74, of Grindstone, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 1994, in Brownsville General Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Adams Lukasik; two daughters, Agnes Marie Callagy of New York and MaryJo Smith of Philadelphia, Pa.; two sons, John Michael Lukasik of New York and Andrew Francis Lukasik, at home; six grandchildren; a sister, Florence Vavirick of Republic, Pa.; and two brothers, John Lukasik of Hollywood, Fla. Friends will be received in the Andrew J. Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Pa., today from 6 to 9 p.m., and Friday until 9:15 a.m. Interment in St. Hedwig's Cemetery.
