Betty J. Poletz, 81, of Uniontown, Pa., died Monday, Jan. 19, 2004, in Uniontown Hospital. She was born Dec. 5, 1922, in Uniontown, Pa. Preceding her in death were her parents and a son-in-law, Richard Weasenforth. Surviving are a daughter, Judy Weasenforth, of Uniontown, Pa.; four grandchildren, Linda Lewis and her husband, Bruce, Robin Ream and her husband, Albert, Shelly Sholtis and her husband, Ben, and Jennifer Weasenforth; and four great-grandchildren, Josh, Kendall, Andrew and Richie. Private funeral services are under the direction of the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mt.
