    3. Stephen V. SEDLAK, 87, of Perryopolis, R.D. 2, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 1994, at 10:15 a.m. in Waddington Convalescent Home, Fayette City R.D., following a lengthy illness. He was born in Winburne, Clearfield County, Pa., on March 31, 1907, son of the late John and Mary Berdis Sedlak. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen R. Sedlak, on Oct 10, 1987, and four brothers, Rev. Fr. John Sedlak, Patrick Sedlak, Joseph Edward Sedlak, and Martin Sedlak. Mr. Sedlak was a retired steelmill worker from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation's Allenport Plant, former owner of Sedlak Nursery, and a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. He is survived by four brothers, Paul Sedlak of Perryopolis R.D., Rev. Fr. Valentine Sedlak of Pittsburgh, Albert Sedlak of Fayette City R.d., and Thomas Sedlak of Winburne, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Smeal, of Niagara Falls, N.Y. Friends will be received in the HOWARD W. MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME, 334 Main St. at Cook, Fayette City, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 27, until 11 a.m. when a prayer service will be held followed by a Concelebrated Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church, Fayette City, with Rev. Fr. Richard E. Mackiewicz, Rev. Fr. Valentine Sedlak, his brother, and Rev. Fr. John Sedlak, his nephew, as celebrants. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township, Pa. Not related to me. Just sharing a resource. Carole Clarke
