Joseph Michael ZUZAK, 36, of Smock died Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1994, at his home. He was born April 12, 1958, in Uniontown. He is the son of Arthur W. Sr., and Mary E. (Blanda) Zuzak of Smock. Mr. Zuzak was a member of St. Hedwig R.C. Church, Smock. He was employed by Anchor Hocking Packaging of South Connellsville. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Katharine L. (Rowan) Zuzak; three children, Michael J., Matthew J., and Sarah M., all at home; a brother, Arthur W. Zuzak, Jr., of Smock; a sister, Mary Ann Hovanic of Uniontown; two nieces; one nephew; and his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Virginia Rowan of Vanderbilt. Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 139 West Fayette St., Uniontown, pa., Saturday, Dec. 10, 1994, from 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, 1994, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday, Dec. 12, 1994, until 9:15 a.m., when a prayer service will be held, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in St. Hedwig R.C. Church, Smock, with the Ref. Fr. Edward J. Kretz as celebrant. Interment in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Smock. Not related to me. Just sharing a resource. Carole Clarke
