She was born September 9, 1914 in Uniontown, Pa., the daughter of Wilbert W. SILBAUGH and Molly MARKER Silbaugh. She was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church. Her husband, Robert J. CARTER, three brothers, W. K. SILBAUGH, Wilbert W. SILBAUGH, and L. Paul SILBAUGH, two sisters, Catherine Day and Olyce Vos, and parents preceded her in death. Margaret is survived by one sister, MaryBelle Tressler, and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, January 13, 2004 until 11 a.m. when Services will be held with Rev. Michael Osler officiating.
