Tyler A. GRIMM, age 3 months, of Hopwood, Pa., who was born in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa., died unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. He is survived by his parents, Richard GRIMM, Jr. and Jennifer Minnick; paternal grandparents, Mary Kostelnik Grimm, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., and Richard GRIMM, Sr., of Hopwood, Pa.; maternal grandparents, John MINNICK and Dorothy MORIARTY Minnick, of Allison, Pa.; aunts and uncles: Tiffanie GRIMM Miller and husband John, Michelle Minnick, Matthew GRIMM and Matthew Martin; and several cousins.
