In 1887 June Allegheny County my Great Grandfather John BIBEY born England signed a Declaration of Intent for naturalization. He was approved 4 Oct 1890 and his sponsor was Thomas PASCOE. I got this information from Cindy Ulnich, Pennsylvania Department Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. The original records of course are long gone, just bits and pieces are available.
