Sometime in the last few days I came across an article that explained by my Jacob Hartzell family is so mixed up as to whether they lived, married, were born in WV or PA.... It said that they lived in a house that was right on the WV/PA border and if a baby was born on one side of the home it was considered born in WV and the other PA. Well, I found this fascinating but forgot to copy it for my Family Tree files. Anyone know where I saw this? Or did one of you email it to me?
