In my search I have found Francis A. or just F.A. . When in Uniontown I saw a Methodist Church called Asbury . I doubt any connection but until I found him as my G-Grandfathers parent had not heard that name.In W.V.. I found his name as Francis Asbury . hopefully someday I can obtain a copy of the funeral card. Thank You and God Bless. When I get back to the Lilley line I will try researching him as just Asbury and might turn up something.
Francis Asbury was an early Methodist circuit rider in our regions. The word Asbury is found often in Methodist names for buildings and such.
