Washington Township Joseph A. LIVINGSTONE, 70, of Washington Township, Pa., died Monday, Nov. 12, 2001, in Mercy Hospital. He was employed by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant. Surviving are his wife, Frances E. Package Livingstone; children, Chief Warrant Officer Joseph A. Livingstone Jr., of Seoul, Korea, Michael W. Livingstone of Wyoming, James C. Livingstone of Newell, pa., Major Christopher A. Livingstone of Georgia, Valerie Ann Livingstone of Washington Township, Tara Marie Livingstone of Charleston, W.Va., and Carrie Rose Le Livingstone of Washington Township; brothers, Alexander Livingstone of Connellsville, Pa., Keith Livingstone of Fayette City R.D., and Barry Livingstone of Uniontown, Pa.; a sister, Leah Ramsey of Perryopolis R.D., Pa.; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
