Charles A. SNYDER, 79, lifelong resident of Scottdale, Pa., Veteran of the United States Navy Gunners Mate 3rd Class who served during World War II aboard the NTS, AGC PAC and the AGC, New Orleans, Louisiana, and retired Foreman from United States Steel Corporation's Clairton Coke Works, died Saturday evening, January 31, 2003 in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville, Pa. He is survived by three sons: Charles Robert Snyder, New Kensington, Pa., Ronald Paul Snyder and wife Marjorie, Scottdale, Pa., and Gary L. Snyder and wife Sue, Mount Pleasant, Pa.; grandchildren: Leslie Snyder and Brian Snyder, Ross Snyder and Paul Snyder, Andrew Snyder and Kevin Snyder; great granddaughter, Lilly Snyder; sisters and brothers: Ruth Snyder Smalley, Scottdale, Pa., Dorothy Snyder Walton, Desert Hill, Arizona, Katherine Snyder Taylor, Mount Pleasant, Pa., Kenneth Snyder, Amhurst, Ohio, Jacob R. Snyder, Austin, Pa., and Elaine Snyder Smith, Mount Pleasant, Pa.
