Frances Carmella Grant Zack, 87, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away suddenly on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004, in her home. Born Feb. 2, 1916, in Revere, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Gregory Grant and Rosaliae Lucci Grant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Ethel Campbell, her brother, James Gregory Grant; and her sister-in-law, Joanna L. Grant. She was a member of St. Therese Roman Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Frances is survived by her loving children, Joseph G. Zack of Livingston, Calif., and Daniel F. Zack and wife, Marjorie of Uniontown; her granddaughter, who was her "special" angel, Brittney A. Zack; and her daughter-in-law, Yoshiko Zack. Friends will be received in THE STEPHEN E. KEZMARSKY III FUNERAL HOME, AT 71 PENNSYLVANIA AVE., Uniontown, today from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday until 9 a.m., when a Blessing Service will be held, followed by a 9:30 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial in St. Therese R.C. Church. Entombment will be in Mt. Macrina Cemetery. SFO Fraternity of St. Anthony Friary will conduct services today at 3 p.m. The Altar Society will recite the Rosary today at 7:30 p.m.
